Description
Ideal for seasoning all types of pasta, as well as for snacks, appetizers, or pairing with both fresh and aged cheeses. A classic recipe with garlic for a bolder flavor. The low-temperature processing avoids alterations and oxidation. Separation of the oily part from the dense part may occur, so it is recommended to stir well before use.
A 100 ml container can season approximately 800 grams of pasta.
Processing carried out in our facilities in Diano d'Alba.
