Description

Velvety spread made from 99.9% hazelnuts and 0.1% salt. Designed to pair with cheeses, meats, roast beef, roasts, fish, and boiled meats, it is also used on delicious crostini and snacks. Its creative and striking use in pairing with various types of desserts creates a delightful and appreciated contrast. A deep, full-bodied flavor that complements both sweet and savory dishes. 5 hours of processing in a controlled-temperature ball mill to prevent alterations and oxidation. Separation of the oily and dense parts may occur, so it is recommended to mix well before use.
