Hazelnut and Black Truffle Pesto

Description

Ideal for seasoning all types of pasta, but also for snacks, appetizers, or pairing with both fresh and aged cheeses. A sauce with a dry, bold flavor typical of black truffle. Processed at low temperatures to prevent alterations and oxidation. The oily part may separate from the dense part, so it is recommended to stir well before use.

A 100 ml container can season approximately 800 grams of pasta.
