We will accompany you to explore our hazelnuts, learning the ancient cultivation techniques and secrets of Tonda Gentile, the queen of hazelnuts.

What we will do together

From the Hazelnut Groves to the Laboratory.

We'll embark on a walk through our hazelnut groves, where we'll demonstrate the various cultivation techniques and the importance of recognizing male and female flowers for pollination. You can choose between an easy path on the road or a more challenging hike through the rows, depending on the weather and terrain conditions.

After a walk of about 800 meters, we'll arrive at our laboratory, where you can discover all the stages of hazelnut processing, from shelling to roasting, and finally to the production of our finished products.

Behind the scenes of flavor.

Discover firsthand the entire journey of the hazelnut, from harvest to finished product. You will visit our laboratories where you can witness the shelling and roasting processes, and discover the secrets of producing hazelnut oil and our delicious creams.

Additionally, thanks to an exclusive film, you can see how the hazelnut grove changes throughout the seasons and how we harvest the fruits of this precious tree.
