Hazelnut paste

Description

A velvety spreadable cream made from 100% Piemonte IGP Hazelnuts from the Langhe. It has a deep, full-bodied flavor that pairs well with both sweet and savory dishes. Ideal for ice creams and all types of desserts, as well as pairing with cheeses and meats. The cream is processed for 5 hours in a ball mill at controlled temperature to prevent alterations and oxidation. Separation of the oily and dense parts may occur, so it is recommended to stir well before use.
