Caramelized Hazelnut Cream

Description

Velvety spreadable cream made from 70% hazelnuts and 30% caramelized sugar. Sweet, intense, pleasant, and delicate taste, perfect for spreading on bread, toast, or enjoyed by the spoonful. Made with 4 hours of processing in a temperature-controlled ball mill to prevent alterations and oxidation. Rustic and coarse, unrefined, providing a delightful, palpable effect in the mouth. There may be separation of the oily and dense parts, so it is recommended to stir well before use.
